How We Work

A structured, practical approach to therapy

Therapy starts with an initial 50-minute assessment session. During this appointment, we take the time to understand your current challenges, background, and goals — and begin to develop your therapeutic roadmap. This plan guides your treatment, giving structure and direction to your sessions.

We focus on clarity, progress, and outcomes — no fluff or guesswork.

We use approaches grounded in research and clinical evidence, tailored to your needs. These include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
  • Psychoeducation
  • Relaxation and stress management techniques
